Katie St. Ives was the first girl I photographed on my recent West Coast trip.  She picked me up in Hollywood and drove me up to some hills. I was getting freaked out because it was getting darker and darker every second and I had no idea where we were going but it was taking forever. I had been flaked on by two people the day before and now I thought I was going to lose another day.  Fortunately, we made it right as the sun was going down and we had about 20 minutes to bang out a set and 20 minutes was all we needed.

Katie is an amazing model. She is so damn cute but as soon as she got in front of my camera she would turn deadly sexy in an instant only to start laughing about something a few seconds later and go back to being super adorable again. It was pretty amazing to go through these photos and see the mood of the shot change instantly with just a little smile.

After running around these hills for a bit we got back in her car and she started smoking weed which freaked me out because the park closed at dark and I figured some park police was gonna come by any second and throw us in jail for being deviant drug addicts, but she just pulled out her medical marijuana prescription and explained to me that the worst thing that would happen would be she would get a ticket for smoking outside of her apartment. I totally forgot that California is all about smoking the dope even if they can’t make up their mind about that whole gay wedding thing.

After the shoot we ate a bunch of food and and shot some black and white film and drove around LA. I went from being all grumpy to start the shoot to having as much fun as I have had on a shoot in ages. Katie rules and I ran into her a bunch in Vegas at the AVN Awards and pretty much without fail she pulled out her boobs in public for my camera every time I saw her. Long story short, she is good peoples and I am really happy with the photos we took.

First of all, yes, I am aware that Boozey is spelled wrong. It’s not my fault. On New Years Eve I met this Boozey girl at the Burning Angel NYE party. She was cute and we took some pictures in the bathroom. A few days later she came and saw my band play and a few days after that we took a bunch of naked pictures on a Subway train. Good times!

Boozey is a pretty cool girl. I mean anyone who likes Fucking Bullshit and is down to get naked on a train has to be reasonably rad. She came over to my place around 1am and we walked over to the J Train near my place. We got on the very last car and there was one person on it. Amazingly he got off at the next stop and we had the seven minutes it takes for the J train to cross from Brooklyn into Manhattan to shoot a bunch of naked photos. She had to get undressed and dressed too so really we had about 5 minutes to do a whole shoot.  Fortunately I came up shooting naked girls in bathrooms in the time it takes before someone starts banging on the door.  I know how to shoot quick.

We banged these out while people watched from the other car got off and took the train back. It was pretty crowded on the return trip so we weren’t able to get anything else. I think we got some great shots although I am sure given another seven minutes we could have gotten some even better images. But it was cold and we were tired so we called it a night.

Hey guys! Meet Dante. She is a Gods Girl who came all the way from Australia to shoot with me! Okay, that’s not true at all, but she is from Australia and she is visiting our fine country and fortunately I got a hold of her before she made her way to the west coast where she is no doubt causing havoc and getting naked for fun.

Her and I hung out all day a few weeks ago. I convinced her to come run some errands with me and on the way we took a bunch of photos of her naked in public. At one point the cops caught us and we thought we were going to get yelled at but they just wanted us to get out of the middle of the street. I bought her dinner in exchange for her help causing a scene all over the Lower East Side.

The pics we took in public were all on film and they didn’t make for a real set or anything, but we did want to do a real shoot for the site so I decided that we should head over to Le Bain that night and shoot in their hot tub because The Standard seems pretty okay with people getting naked in their hotel.  Unfortunately by the time it was party o’clock the last thing I wanted to do was go all the way to Le Bain so instead we just walked around my neighborhood until we found this random graffiti covered door way to shoot in. It was a pretty cliched set idea but I have completely ran out of locations so we shot for 10 or 15 minutes at 1am while people kept walking by us.

Dante is fucking amazing and adorable and probably deserved a better shoot but I hope she is happy with the pics we did get.  I hope you guys dig them too… Um. NSFW. Duh.

My dear friends. For weeks I have been talking on Twitter about the 31 rolls of film I shot on my great adventure to LA and back. Today you get to see some results. I broke my 31 rolls of film in to three very magical galleries which I will be posting over the next few days. This is pretty exciting because unless you are a close follower of my Tumblr you haven’t seen much of my 35mm work and you are about to see a lot of it.

My 35mm work is what I really think of as my artistic output and that’s part of the reason you haven’t seen it yet. One of these days I am going to do a book or a show and hopefully people will stop thinking of me as just a fucking party photographer. If you told me 10 years ago that I was going to end up shooting drunk 18 year old coke heads for a living I would have probably punched you in the neck because that is the type of guy I was back then. These days I am a bit more relaxed but still not really happy I spend most of my life documenting a subculture I have almost no respect for.  (Sorry kids! I still love you!)

Anyway, what you need to know about all of this 35mm work I am going to be posting is that it was shot with a Ricoh GR1 which is a point and shoot camera. It has more functionality than most film P&S cameras but the images tend to be flat and when using flash, very harshly lit. I love this raw look and it strips photography down to just the moment. Assuming they could compose for shit, which I no longer take for granted, anyone could shoot this stuff if you wanted to. So it all sort of comes down to vision and living life. And I would like to think that there aren’t many people who live life the way I do.

Now, all that artistic bullshit aside, this is one of the simplist and least artistic galleries I could possibly post.  A lot of these images are shit but they were a lot of fun to take. When you look at them all as a body of work I think they are kinda awesome and hilarious and probably pretty hot given the subject matter.

The first of my three 35mm galleries is nothing but photos of my friend and road trip companion Whitney flashing me in every place we could think of from LA to DC.  As you probably know by now we took this insane road trip and every time we stopped somewhere she got topless. It was sort of just like this running joke that turned into a gallery of 56 photos of Whit’s tits. (Which just happens to be her twitter name.)

Since these photos are all NSFW I can’t really post my favorite images below let me just quickly mention a few of my favorite flashing moments from our trip.  A drunken flash at Denny’s at 3:30 AM in Scottsdale, AZ might only have been out done by a flashing at 3:30 PM in the middle of a Cracker Barrel in rural Mississippi. Our stop at the “The Thing: Mystery of the Desert” was a highlight of the trip and some of the nicest topless shots.  In North Carolina she posed with guns, on boats and in an antiques barn. Our stops off the sides of the road made for some beautiful shots and hilarious shots. Let’s just say the cows in West Texas loved her boobs. Speaking of West Texas, we stopped in a small town and she flashed me in front of a taxidermy shop and a very strict constitutionalist run antique shop. She flashed me in pools, in trees and with friends… at gas stations, truck stops and creepy 24 hour adult book stores. And no flashing road trip could be complete without getting topless in the French Quarter in front of vomiting frat boys in New Orleans. It was a magical time.

Now before we finally get to the photos I just figured I should mention that there will be a lot more photos of Whitney in my road trip gallery (I even left in some nudes) but if you need more Whitney tomorrow on my Tumblr I am going to post a photo of her planking every hour on the hour starting at noon EST for 8 straight hours. First things first: Veronica Ricci might be one of the hottest girls I have ever shot. She might be one of the raddest too. Every step of the way Veronica just kept getting radder.  Before I met her all I knew was that she was super hot and that she was a Penthouse Pet.  Any time I get to shoot a Penthouse Pet I get pretty excited but she just kept getting radder as the day went on.

So I drive out to Burbank to pick her up. When I finally found her was looking pretty adorable and suggested we drive to some giant park.  We drove around for ages until we found a horse trail that seemed unoccupied. We figured we could go shoot in the wild. Unfortunately when I opened my trunk I realized I left my camera at my last shoot.  I couldn’t fucking believe it. It was like 30-45 min away in downtown LA.  She seemed unfazed and we took some 35mm shots of her climbing around naked in some rocks and bushes. A bunch of people probably saw her and she got cut up and fell off shit but she just took it in stride and was totally willing to do whatever.  I was already impressed.

After our mini analog shoot we drove all the way back downtown and I met back up with my new hero Nate Liquor who let me shoot a Gods Girl in his studio/apartment earlier.  I was losing light by the minute so he suggested we shoot on his roof.  She was more than willing to climb some sketchy ladder up on the roof and just got naked while dudes in the apartment building across the street hollered at her.  She was a fucking pro.

I thought this girl was cute as shit and pretty rad, but I didn’t realize how great it was going to be shooting her until she got in front of my lens.  She just changed instantly and became a new person. She was an amazing model and had the ability to go from fucking adorable to sexy as fuck in an instant. It’s very rare to find a girl who can be so cute and so hot at the same time. Plus where does a skinny white girl get an ass like that.  Holy fuck.

We shot quick because the light was fading fast and I didn’t really get enough time with her. She was sweaty, not wearing much make up, her hair was blowing everywhere and people were yelling at her. On top of that I was over and under exposing stuff because I rarely shoot outside with the light changing so fast like that.  Despite all this we still ended up with like 100 fucking awesome shots and I cannot wait to fucking shoot with her again.

Oh, and I should mention that after the shoot she took me to some really delicious food place and when we got lost on the way back to her boyfriend’s house in Burbank we saw a baby Coyote which we slowly chased all over the neighborhood in my rental car.  It was a pretty fucking magical day.

Meet Veruca James. She is a Burning Angel model from Chicago who came to NYC with her boyfriend and another BA girl named Azure (You will meet Azure later…).  All three of them are just crazy perverts and I had a great time hanging out with all of them.  What I quickly realized about Veruca, aside from her being a babe, is that she is pretty much down for anything.  The night I met her we just took random naked potos of her in the street with my little point and shoot camera and then I pulled out my real camera when we walked across the street and shot in a Chase Bank. Good times.

A site called New York Lives is doing a video interview with me and they wanted footage of me shooting a naked girl. I had a perfect idea. I hit up NY Lives and Veruca and her Chicago team and we all headed down to Chinatown to take some photos in the middle of the street. There were cops everywhere so we just decided to go to the busiest place possible and hope for the best. We shot right on the corner of Broadway and Canal, the craziest spot in Chinatown, and no one said a word.  People stopped and watched and applauded when we finished but no one seemed the slightest bit offended. We quickly snuck into the Subway and made our next move.

I thought that was going to be it for us, but everyone decided we should do more so we all headed towards their hotel near the World Trade Center.  We got out of the Subway, found a random corner and took some more photos. Oh, right, and we took a few photos ON the Subway as well.  After our second shot went perfectly we decided to test our luck and head down to Wall Street and get a shot of her with the famous Wall Street “Charging Bull” statue. There were tourists all over it posing for picture after picture.  At first I felt bad doing it around a bunch of little kids but I soon realized everyone was posing their small children with the Bull’s giant brass balls.  Anyone who thought that was a good idea couldn’t get too mad at some boobs. We shot very quickly at the Bull and then ran away since it seemed like the riskiest move. My shots there were the worst even though it was my favorite location.  But whatever it was a lot of fun anyway and we got some crazy shots.

I met Calico Lane a few months ago and we have been talking via the Twitternet about doing a shoot for some time. We finally figured out a time for us to meet but she ended up getting there a bit late and it had been raining and the light was pretty much non existant. I was going to shoot her in my living room using natural light from the window but with no light we had to find another location.  We just ended up just talking for a while and not actually taking photos. I took a few shots of her in my room and had all but given up on doing a real shoot. We decided to reschedule for the next day but we figured we would try to see if we could take a few sneaky shots outside.

Those few sneaky shots ended up being an hour of us pretty brazenly just shooting in the middle of the street all over South Williamsburg.  And they actually came out really, really well.  Honestly these are some of my favorite nude shots of all time and they are some of the more bad ass.  So many people saw us doing these shoots including several people I know.  Some dude rode up on a bike mid shoot and said what’s up. I didn’t know him but he knew about Driven By Boredom. He’s actually in one of the shots if you look carefully. At the end of the shoot we went into my corner bodegea and took a few more shots. The next day the guys working there were asking me about how they could see the shots.  (Hey guys!)

Anyway, these were awesome. I plan on doing more similar shoots in the future and hopefully I will get to shoot Calico again soon. These pictures are obviously NSFW but there are some hot clothed shots too so those are posted below. Obviously the shots inside the gallery get a bit racier.
