I haven’t developed any film recently so I was looking back at some old photos to find some 35mm stuff to post on Tumblr. I ended up posting this photo of Jade Nile that I shot around this time last year. Suddenly I realized I hadn’t posted her actual set yet so I went back and I found several unpublished sets from my June LA trip last year. Since I am about to head back to LA for that same exact yearly trip I figured I better get some of those photos up starting with Jade Nile herself!

So a year ago I am in LA and looking for places to shoot. My friend Juanito Blanco has this amazing loft that I have partied at before and he told me I could shoot there and I could shoot his roommate Jade Nile. After a quick google search I was totally down and ran over there as fast as I could.

We shot in their Eden-like back yard and it was great. Jade makes really dumb faces which I love and the rest of the time she is just a babe so I was psyched about all of it. I kinda think she hates me a little though because she is one of those Burning Man types and does all sorts of insane stuff involving spinning fire around and I was totally giving her and her other roommate Michael Vegas shit for it.

But then they got back at me because for some reason I decided to smoke their weed and it was the first time I had smoked anything in many years and I got super high and they all made fun of me which was completely fair. But then everyone went to sleep and I had to make my way back to my hotel and I was so high I drove to the wrong hotel and was so fucking confused because I couldn’t tell if I was in the wrong place or if I was just too high to realize that I was in the right place.

Eventually I made it back and everything was great and they probably don’t hate me that much even though I think it’s funny to be a judgmental asshole and they are all wonderful people.

A while ago I was in LA for a few days and I had scheduled several photo shoots and since it’s LA people flaked. Sitting in my hotel room kinda bored I decided to check out LA Tinder when I ran into my old friend Roxy. I always swipe right on my friends and we matched. I hit her up and met up with her and my buddy Devin who was her roommate in college or something crazy like that. Good times.

We made plans to take some photos for old times the next day. I probably last took Roxy’s photo in 2007 or something like that so it was cool to get to shoot again and this time we shot in her apartment and not in a nightclub bathroom at 2am.

Roxy has a cool looking face with all these freckles and stuff, but she’s also an absurd person so I really dig the photos of her laughing and making dumb faces and hopefully you will like those photos too. Actually, I don’t really care. I like them, so you can fuck right off.

Other stuff to mention… Roxy has a cat and there are some good photos with her cat. I am allergic to cats so I kinda hate them but I know other people like cats so look at the cat photos if you are one of those people. I found out Roxy babysits my friend Coops kid which is kinda great. And lastly these photos will also be up on Girls of DBB with a few extra photos if I can ever get them to upload. My internet is screwy for some reason.

I have known Romance ever since she was a Gods Girl. We had talked about shooting in Vegas when she lived there years ago but it never worked out. But then I ran into her in Vegas with Angel Beau and didn’t even realize it was her until after the fact. Then she got on Burning Angel and started doing actual adult movies and stuff and I wanted to shoot her even more but by the time we had a chance to shoot she had moved from Vegas and even though she was in town for the AVN Awards she was always super busy. Fortunately this AVN it finally all worked out.

I always stay in Vegas an extra day during the AVN Weekend. Hotels are super cheap on Sunday’s and I can just try and relax after an exhausting weekend. I have to get all my photos to clients by Monday so I spend all day editing photos in a hotel bed eating room service and watching playoff football. Plus I can usually manage to get in a shoot with someone who was too busy during the weekend but was staying an extra day too.

This year that person was Romance.

She showed up to my hotel room a bit too late for good lighting but I was just happy to have her. I threw a flash on my camera and started shooting. She had brought her friend with her who was doing her make up but her friend was this hot goth babe named Phoebe Phelpz and she was down to get in some photos too. I started shooting Romance and then threw Phoebe in there and did this little mini shoot to start.

At some point during the shoot I got super lazy and just got back on the bed and shot them from there while I watched football. I essentially got a lap dance from two babes while watching football and technically I was working. It was not the worst way to spend an evening.

Also, given that I was on the bed there are a bunch of shots of me shooting up at them which was pretty fun but also makes for some fairly graphic photos that I wouldn’t want to post on such a prude website as this. Fortunately for you there are a bunch of those explicit shots up on Girls of Driven By Boredom.

Anyway this is my last set from my 2016 AVN trip which is funny because I think I still haven’t posted stuff from 2015. I kinda suck at posting stuff sometimes. Mostly I just forget. This got a little long so let’s get to the damn pictures already.

Girls of Driven By Boredom had another sale today and that means I have to post some sexy photos in order to best promote that sale. And I can’t just post any gallery, I needed a good one and I had just the set in mind.

My last trip to LA was a fairly unproductive one photo wise. I was there for a wedding and only photographed two girls fortunately for everyone one of those girls was Gabriella Paltrova.

Gabi pretty much instantly became one of my new favorite models. I don’t really know what else to say but she is fantastic and you guys are gonna love these photos. Also at the end she asked me to take a bunch of photos of her with a fucking giant sword she just casually had in her on hand.

Back in January I was in LA for my friend’s wedding. When it ended I drove across town to some house party to see the band Ho99o9 play. I was still wearing a suit and pretty much destroyed the only pair of dress shoes I own in the mosh pit. It was a good time.

After the show I met a girl named Skuzi aka Lil’ Brown Eyes. It came up that I was going to the AVN Awards and she happened to be going too. She was doing make up for a bunch of the girls and she asked me if I knew who Ryan Gosling was. “Yes, I am aware of Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling.” “No, not Ryan Gosling… Bryan Gozzling!” I had no idea what the fuck she was talking about but apparently she was in some sort of wild daddy/baby relationship with a new male porn dude named Bryan Gozzling. She then proceeded to show me all sorts of insanely fucked up photos of them on her Twitter.

A couple days later as I was checking into the Hard Rock in Vegas I saw them again. I sort of pointed over to them and showed the people I was with the crazy shit that they were all about on their Twitter. Even porn people thought it was nuts. Most of the weekend Bryan walked her around on a leash and they were sort of all anyone could talk about.

I ended up hanging out with them a lot that week and I am sort of a huge fan of  both of them and am totally intrigued by their next level relationship. Psyched for the next time that I get to hang out with these two…

The night before the AVN Awards I ended up photographing Lil’ Brown Eyes in their hotel bathroom and then afterwards I took some insane photos of Bryan tying her up and basically torturing her until she squirted all over the floor. It was both horrifying and completely adorable. I really only planned on posting the set of Skuzi and I just sent them the other photos but I decided maybe I should put up as an exclusive Girls of Driven By Boredom gallery. Samantha Bentley is one of my favorite humans but I only see her once a year. I hate that, but at least I get to see her in Vegas at AVN every year and we always take some photos which is nice. She’s a DJ and actress now and is super fancy but she still has time for the pornographers in her life.

I came over to her hotel room one early afternoon during the AVN week madness. We were both barely awake but we had to take some photos anyway cause it is tradition!

She took some way better photographs with another photographs with another photographer in the exact same place and it bums me out whenever she posts them but it’s okay cause I took a few decent ones too and like I cared way less about taking photos of Sam than hanging out with her and getting to listen to her say stuff with her absurd/adorable British accent. She’s the best.

South by Southwest is returning in a couple of days and although I am gonna be missing the film and interactive part for the first time in years I will be heading down to Austin for SXSW Music. As I have been making plans and figuring my week out I realized that I had never published some photos that I took on the last day of SXSW last year!

I met Isabel at this party at Hotel Vegas last year and invited her and her friends to another event I was doing. We ended up talking about taking photos and fortunately I had a really good location. I was staying with my friend Mike (who just moved to NYC actually) and his roommate Sarah had this amazing vintage trailer parked in their back yard. Fortunately Sarah is fucking amazing and let me shoot Isabel back there.

The trailer had terrible light, no air conditioning and horrifying bugs but we managed to shoot some pretty lovely photos in it anyway. I feel like you are gonna dig these. Plus as always I saved a few extra sexy shots for Girls of Driven By Boredom which you should probably go lurk.

I’m not sure how much I am going to update the site between now and when I leave for Austin but I will be updating daily from Texas. And hopefully I will shoot some more photos of Isabel and try not to wait an entire year before posting them. This post is gonna solve a lot of problems at once so let’s get into it.

The first issue is that Driven By Boredom turned 15 yesterday and I totally forgot. That’s not really a problem that needs fixing but I figured I should at least mention it. I started this madness in 2001 and it’s amazing that not only is this website part of my life, but really the main part of my life. I started it because I went to a party school for college as a straight edge punk kid. There was no punk scene and all the social shit was based around bros drinking. I left after two years and went to art school but the two years that I spent hanging out in my dorm room in front of my computer  bored out of my mind paid off I guess.

Next up is that I have a bunch of random naked girl photos from my trip to Vegas for AVN I don’t really know what to do with. I did all that worked for Blacked and Tushy and didn’t have time to shoot a lot of other girls, but I did shoot a few things here and there. I decided to put together a small gallery of random photos from the week that didn’t really stand on their own.

The first day I was in Vegas for AVN I shot this girl named Yvonne in exchange for a ride to my hotel from the airport because I am a genius so we have a few of those shots. I took a few photos my friends Jenna Valentine and Josie Jacobs because they are the best and I was hanging out with them a bunch over the weekend. Josie’s pictures exist because there was a humidifier in Claire Robbins’ room and I thought I should take a photo or two using that for fun. Then Jenna wanted me to shoot a couple photos of her using her beauty light (she was doing make up for porn babes all weekend). I ran into Jesabella Marie from the Suicide Sirens in the casino and she was with Leya Falcon and another friend and I took a couple photos of the three of them and then shot Jesabella in the shower for a couple of shots. All of this was just random bullshit and not an actual shoot but it was fun. There’s also one photo of this girl Hunny Bearr cause she was with me when I ran up to my room to get new batteries or something so we took like three photos of her boobs cause why wouldn’t we? We meant to shoot again, but we never did.

Now on top of all that I also threw in a couple of photos that preview upcoming full shoots I did. I shot Samantha Bentley as per AVN tradition. Sam is the best and I will have a full shoot of her up one of these days. I shot Romance (who I have known forever but never really photographed) and her friend Phoebe Phelpz the last night I was in Vegas. They basically rolled around my hotel room while I half assedly took photos while watching the NFL Playoffs. It was pretty fun though cause I basically ended up getting a double lap dance while taking photos which is not the worst way to spend a Sunday afternoon. That shoot will be up one of these days too. And lastly I met this girl “Lil Brown Eyes” in LA right before I went to Vegas. She dates a porn dude named Bryan Gozzling and I hung out with them a lot at AVN. Bryan is a good dude and Lil Brown Eyes is really great to photograph. They are also in some sort of wild fetish relationship that involves a lot of pissing and vomiting and all sorts of stuff that I can’t really understand but is worth taking photos of. I shot a normal set of her and then I shot him torturing her (in a good way). I added a few photos of them, but you will be hearing a lot a more about all that soon.

Lastly, and maybe most importantly, Girls of Driven By Boredom is working again. I was having problems updating it for two weeks but it seems to be functional now. To make that up to subscribers I have uploaded a LOT of new high resolution content.

• I added all the Blacked & Tushy photos including a bunch of extra explicit shots.
• I added a full set of Yvonne’s photos.
• I added a full set of Jesabella Marie’s photos.
• And I added some actual porn! Leya Falcon blew her boyfriend while we were all hanging out and I took photos. Okay now that we got the release of my new zine Public out of the way it’s time to go back to my recent trip to Vegas for the AVN Awards. I got hired by AVN Director of the Year Greg Lansky to shoot a bunch of awesome porn babes in clothing from his two websites Blacked.com and Tushy.com. Aside winning like 50% of the AVN Awards Greg also trusted me enough to do pretty much whatever I wanted as far as shooting his girls go so I just got to do me which was great.

That being said this massive gallery is a lot more flash heavy than I have been shooting recently but I thought it would sort of fit the aesthetic Blacked/Tushy was looking for. I also was sort of limited as far as locations being as I had to shoot everything in the Hard Rock Hotel. And I had very little time to shoot everyone because of how hectic everything is… but that being said you are about to get to see 200 photos of some of the raddest women in porn.

Let’s go through the gallery in order shall we?

• We start with adorable German porn babe Anny Aurora. I didn’t know who she was when I met her but as soon as I saw her I was  in love. This girl is so cute and sexy at the same time which is a dangerous combination. I shot her with male Blacked contract star Jason Brown who is a real good dude and won best Boy/Boy/Girl scene with my bff Carter Cruise.
• Next up is Abigail Mac who is instantly on my list of girls I need to photograph. I mean I did photograph her obviously but I need more time and a better location cause she is pretty special.
• We have my old pal Janice Griffith who I shot super late night in the hotel room she was sharing with April O’Neil. April isn’t a Blacked or Tushy girl but I love her the most so I had to get her in a couple shots. (Speaking of my love for April you need to get the special edition of Public so you can get a super limited print of her!)
• Now we have some really fun photos! I got to shoot Abella Danger and Keisha Grey having a pillow fight. I am quick to make girls pillow fight cause it’s both really corny and really awesome at the same time. Oh, and Abella and Keisha happen to have two of the best butts in this history of the universe so that’s something.
• Speaking of Abella I actually got to shoot her twice! She was the first porn star I shot in Vegas and for some reason the photos are out of order and she’s in the middle of the gallery. She wants me to tell you that she was bloated and she totally hates these photos but she is crazy and looks amazing so you need to enjoy them extra hard for her. Oh, and Abella won Best New Starlet at AVN so fuck yeah.
• Next I got to rip off some of my own photos when I shot Cassidy Klein at the vending and ice machines. Tiny closets make for good places to sneak away and the Coke branding is like super edgy right? I mean America and consumerism and obesity meets porn it’s like woah, so much controversy!
• Oh and I got to shoot Amarna Miller which was great because I have had a crush on her for a year she told me she was going to come to NYC and she didn’t and it was super sad but then I got to hang out with her in Vegas a lot and she totally let me grab her butt cause she is the best.
• Speaking of the best I finally got to shoot Cadence Lux who I have been trying to shoot for a minute now. She lives in Philly a lot of the time which is so damn close to me and I love her Twitter and she also has an amazing butt (you may have noticed a theme here). So hey Cadence you are great but could you come to NYC real quick so I can take photos of you not in a hotel room at 2am? Thanks.

Okay enough bullet points and enough of my meandering bullshit. Go look at these photos. There are a lot of them and honestly they aren’t that great photographically, BUT they are still pretty great because every girl in them is absurdly hot and I want to hit on all of them but I am a god damn professional so I will just keep my flirting to this way too long write up.
