Wonder Fair @ WAGMIAMI

I hit up my friend Krystall Schott when I was in Miami for Art Basel to photograph her for this grant I got to photograph people in the NFT world. She’s an artist, a musician and an event coordinator and as a former model, she is super photogenic. I had to shoot her for this project. She was crazy busy in Miami working on this NFT art show that she didn’t have a ton of time to shoot so I went to a place called Factory Town where she was setting up to photograph her right before the sun went down. (More on that when the project comes out.) Anyway while we were setting up this shoot she asked me to take photos at it. I was gonna go to the event anyway and my hurt back was feeling pretty good so I was totally down.

Okay, let’s start by saying it’s VERY complicated to explain what this event is. WAGMIAMI was a series of events inside a larger event that was actually part of a different event. The specific NFT gallery part of the event was actually the VIP area for a larger event but also that section changed every night. That VIP NFT gallery was curated by Trippy Presents but then Wonder Fair was inside of that. It’s all incredibly complicated but all very cool. Let me try and breakdown as much as possible.

First of all there was a ton of NFT art, obviously. Including some stuff I love including art by Krystall, Foodmasku who I own an NFT by and a bunch of great photographers because there was an NFT photography meetup earlier in the evening which I sadly missed while we were eating and I was buying batteries since I had no idea I was shooting an event for 6 hours with almost no notice. Throughout the night there were these incredible 3D movies shown on this huge wrap around screen by Jadu Hologram. The first movie was an Alex Grey piece (the famous artist, not to be confused with the pornstar) and then there were several showings of Resillusion by Orbseer. That stuff was honestly just mind blowing. There was also a live burning of a Takashi Murakami work that was apparently worth around $10,000. The idea was that they would burn the art, and then mint it as an NFT showing that art still has value digitally, but as an artist myself I think I would probably have a big problem with someone minting my work even if it was work they purchased from me. Who knows, at least it was interesting to photograph.

At the same time all this was happening there was a huge stage set up for Mayan Warrior who are an arts collective who do Burning Man and a bunch of events like that. They have this giant pirate ship bus thing that they DJ on top of and the whole thing is pretty insane. I didn’t photograph a ton of that, but I did do a walk around before I left. I wanted to capture some of that stuff to add to the Wonder Fair photos since the events were all connected. Most of the last 40 photos in this gallery are from that. The other 100+ photos are just from Wonder Fair.

Okay, I think that’s it. Thanks so much to Krystall and her partner Lena for having me out. Let’s look at some photos!

2021 Art Basel

This is the first of two updates from 2021 Art Basel in Miami. The second one is going to be from the Wonder Fair at Wagmiami, but I don’t know when I will get that up. I would like to say tomorrow or Friday but I am on a big deadline, but we will get to that in a second. This post has photos from four events, the Scope Art Fair, Untitled Art Fair, The Doodles/ Heart Project NFT party, and a bunch of photos of murals taken in Wynwood. So let’s get started.

I only went to Basel for three days, but two of those days were really half days. I landed around noon on Thursday and I went up to Delray Beach Saturday evening to hang out with my Dolfans NYC partner Michelle and then go to the game with her Sunday. I flew home Monday morning… So while I was in South Florida for 5 days, I really had about 50 hours doing Basel stuff.

I came to Miami because a few weeks ago I was awarded a grant to photograph people in the NFT space for an organization of photographers and NFT collectors called Obscura. They got 100 photographers together and set them out on a mission to photograph as many people in the NFT world as possible. Unfortunately in the month or so I had for this project I had to go out of town for my girlfriend’s birthday and out of town for Thanksgiving. When I was finally back Basel was happening and a ton of people I wanted to photograph were in Miami. I figured since I got this grant I could just use that money to fly to Florida for a few days.

When I got to Miami I actually had no plans, that is very like me. I have had great success just showing up in Miami and hoping for the best, and so far it has worked out, and I think it worked pretty well this trip. When I landed I didn’t know where to go but I saw in a Discord that if I mentioned Quantum Art and Superchief I could get into the Scope art show for free. Quantum is a platform for NFT photography and Superchief is an art gallery (I did both Instaxxx book release parties art their spaces) and I wanted to check out their stuff so that seemed like the first place to go. I went by the Superchief/ Quantum exhibit and said hi to those guys. I actually asked the Superchief guys if they wanted to be part of the project, they said yes but I could tell they weren’t really into it so I didn’t press it. I ended up just going to check out the rest of the Scope show. I took photos of really whatever, I don’t know why I picked the art I did other than it was photogenic. I just figured you guys would want to see something.

While I was looking at art I ran into my photographer friend Tod Seelie and while we were talking my artist friend Shark Toof showed up, and then after that Mark from The Cobrasnake showed up and it was amazing to just run into so many people I knew without even moving. Shark Toof told me he could get me into the Untitled Art Fair next door so we walked over there and I got a few more pictures of art for you. I wasn’t there long because I had to go meet up with a former journalist, turned NFT “influencer” named Andrew Wang. We were going to shoot some photos for the project but there was so much traffic and chaos that by the time I got to him it was getting dark. We drove to an event but we got stuck in traffic so bad we just had to turn around. I think we were in the car for over an hour for nothing. I went back to his place with a bunch of his friends and we all went to dinner. It was so much fun just to nerd out about NFTs with a bunch of people, but I was like 15-20 years older than everyone so that was mildly awkward. Whatever, I am that weird old dude now, that’s fine.

After dinner we all went to a party thrown by two NFT projects, Doodles and The Heart Project. The place was really fun looking so I got my camera out and took a handful of photos but I didn’t have my flash on me and I was exhausted from traveling (I was on two hours of sleep) so I didn’t last long. I still had to go check into my hotel. I ran into Atrak and his brother Dave 1 on the way out. They were DJing but I had to miss it so I could crash. It was a fun day, but honestly sleep was the move at that point.

The next day my back was killing me because I have a herniated disc that I mention in every post, and I was tired and had work to do, so I just hung out at the hotel for a while, until I met up with an NFT influencer named Deeze to take some photos. Deeze is one of the main reasons NFT photography has really taken off and while I haven’t sold a ton of work, the whole NFT space owes him a lot. I was so glad he agreed to let me take his photo. He’s anonymous so I shot him from behind on the beach, and with is phone in front of his face and I got to pick his brain for a bit about NFTs for a bit which was really cool.

After that I went over to shoot my friend Krystall for the project. She was throwing an event and I wanted to come by before it started to shoot her with some day light. Unfortunately traffic screwed me again and we rushed to shoot before the sun went down. Hopefully that ends up working out, but I guess we will see tonight when I go pick up film. Anyway, while I was talking to Krystall about taking photos, she actually hired me to shoot her event so I did that, and I will tell you all about it in the next post. It was a really cool event…

The next day I had some tentative plans but I had to leave around 5pm and I knew I was gonna stay in the hotel until the last minute because I was up until 4am and I took a muscle relaxer for my back. Being old is so much fun. So I had this like 4 or 5 hour window to shoot some stuff. I was gonna go back to Scope but I didn’t want to risk the traffic again so I went to the arts district Wynwood to take photos of all the murals that were being painted all week. It’s funny to see middle aged midwesterners doing art tours interacting with graffiti artists who have gone to jail over their art. No one ever got back to me about the tentative plans so I finally just bounced and headed to Delray. I didn’t get a ton done on Saturday, but you do have some pictures of some very cool art to check out.

Before we go let me plug some stuff… as part of this project I shot a TON of film, I know I got a grant for it but it was only $1000 and I spent almost that much on the trip. It cost $365 to develop and scan all this film that I am about to pick up, so if you want to support my work you can sponsor a roll. What that means is that you pay $30 and you get to see the roll of film before anyone else. You get to then pick your favorite photo from the roll and I send you a print of it in the mail. The process takes a couple weeks but I can try to get it done in time for Christmas, at least if you live in the US. Click here to sponsor a roll!

Oh, I should also plug my NFTs since this is an NFT related post. Click here to buy one of my juggalo NFTs!

So yeah, that’s everything, more on the Wagmiami party soon! But until then, go look at some photos.

Brynn Michaels

For some reason I always update this site right before I leave town. I think it’s because I realize I haven’t updated in a while and then I realize I am leaving town and won’t get to update when I am gone and panic and need to get something up. I have been updating this site regularly for 20 years and my OCD won’t let me go too long without hitting you guys with some content.

So before I head to Miami for a few days (I got a grant to make portraits of people in the NFT community) I want to gift you guys some photos of Brynn Michaels. I found Brynn via Charlotte Sartre’s Instagram and noticed she lived in NYC. We talked about shooting but before it happened she moved to Austin… but then months later she actually moved back.

We shot a bunch of photos in some hotel I don’t actually remember the name of with pretty awful light so we turned off all the lights and just used the window light which is always fun. It makes for a nice soft box (I mean I think soft boxes were designed to mimic windows) but with her white skin and black hair/ clothing it made for some cool harsh light as well.

I shot these photos right before the Gathering of the Juggalos which I think is where I hurt my back. It didn’t get really bad for a few days later but I am pretty sure the Gathering did most of the damage. Aside from photographing my girlfriend, I haven’t actually shot any NSFW shoots since. Maybe I can shoot something in Miami while I am there because I need to get you more content.

Speaking of content, these photos have been on Girls of DBB all day. I usually put them up there a day or two in advance but sort of up against it with this Miami trip. There are a handful of extra NSFW photos up there exclusive to that site. There’s also some videos from this shoot on my OnlyFans up and there will probably be another one up there tomorrow too. Sign up for both sites because they are very cheap and it helps me out a lot.

Now let’s look at some photos…

2021 #MetLifeTakeover

This is going to be a very quick reason for two reasons: 1) I have a bunch of shit before I go to DC for Thanksgiving and 2) I am pretty sure you don’t care. But for the few of you who do, enjoy… (Editor’s note: I am actually in DC now, I didn’t finish this post in time.)

Quick recap for those who have found this site recently: aside from being a photographer I am 1/2 of the founders of Dolfans NYC, the world’s largest Miami Dolphins fan club. We are also a non-profit organization that has raised probably close to $100k for charity over the last decade plus. It’s one of the coolest things I do with my life and I hope some of you appreciate it even if you don’t care about sports or the Dolphins.

Anyway last weekend was our big yearly event, The #MetLifeTakeover. We buy hundreds (sometimes over 1000) tickets to the Dolphins vs Jets game and we resell them with the money going to charity. We also sell merch and do raffles and throw a HUGE tailgate. We have a musician named Solo D perform every year and a DJ (DJ Syckturtle) and food and a huge bar (thanks Sailor Jerry) and we always have people from the Dolphins come out. This year the Dolphins sent their podcast network out including former Dolphin, and one of my favorite players growing up, OJ McDuffie.

The night before we also had a party at our bar Slattery’s Midtown Pub and that was a blast. We had a live auction for 3 items that raised over $1000 alone. Also that night for some reason my herniated spine felt pretty good and I was able to be on my feet the whole time. I was not so lucky Sunday so I didn’t shoot a ton of photos of the tailgate, but it was still a good time.

The whole thing was a great success, the Dolphins beat the Jets and our hashtag blew up on Twitter. We even got a little write up in the Miami New Times, which is a paper that I have actually shot for a bunch of times when I worked for their sister paper the Village Voice.

Okay, that’s enough. I got work to do.

Meet Shannon

Back in January I was losing my mind a little bit. With Covid numbers up again in NYC I wasn’t really going out and it was cold anyway. I didn’t get to see my family for Christmas, I was dealing with some other stuff and was just kinda generally miserable. I don’t think I really realized it until a friend came over for a little bit. I realized I was awkward as hell because I wasn’t really taking to people outside of the clerk at the grocery store, I realized my apartment was a mess because no was coming over, and I was just becoming a weird shut in. That’s when I started using dating apps again. I met a girl on there named Shannon and we talked a bunch before we finally hung out, but the very first date I went on was someone I eventually fell in love with.

Shannon is amazing and in the less than a year I’ve known her we have gone on a ton of little adventures. She somehow has a car in New York City, and we get to escape all the time for short road trips to Long Island, upstate or to New Jersey. We both love a weird roadside attraction, a greasy diner or a gross motel with a giant heart shaped hot tub. We are out here living the American dream. Recently I hurt my back and right around the same time she hurt her knee so we’ve been kinda gimpy but that hasn’t stopped us from having some good, weird, times. In fact, we are in New Orleans doing weird shit right now for her birthday. In fact it is her birthday today which is why I saved these photos for today!

When we first met one of the first things she told me was that she hates having her photo taken, and sometimes when I point my camera at her you can really tell. But one of the other first things she told me, was that she loved my photos and how comfortable the models seemed to be in them. That meant so much to me because that’s exactly what I see as my primary strength as a photographer. I love taking her photo and I love going on fun adventures with her and luckily those things match up very well. She’s never wanted to model, but she’s always down to get naked anyway. In fact, since I have been injured, she’s been the only person I’ve really been photographing and we have started a weekly “Shannon Saturday” post over on my OnlyFans. I still haven’t done a proper post of her photos… until now!

This photo gallery contains a mix of photos from two different New Jersey motel adventures. The first one is from the Gallery Holiday Motel in New Jersey. We got this weird purple room with mirrors everywhere and a land line and it was amazing. This was the first real shoot we ever did and then we ordered both pizza and Dairy Queen and it was incredible. The second hotel was more recent, and it was the Lagoon room at the Feather Nest Inn in South Jersey. It was incredible with a Hawaiian theme and L??au music that played when you flicked a light switch. Both had epic bathtubs and of course we broke out the bubble bath.

I love the Feather Nest so much, but I think the Gallery Holiday Motel photos might be better just because we were both injured. It was hard for Shannon to pose with a knee she could barely bend and I gave up shooting very quickly because my back was killing me. I also didn’t bring a flash because honestly taking photos wasn’t my first thought, we just wanted to go on a fun adventure after being injured for weeks and not leaving the city much less our beds. Shannon also doesn’t love taking photos which means so much to me that she will do it anyway because she loves helping me make cool stuff. It’s amazing that she’s willing to devote some of her vacation time to giving you guys content. Truly heroic.

I won’t gross you out too much about how much I am obsessed with her and how happy I am to have her in my life, but just know it’s the case and so glad I can spend today celebrating her birthday and eating a bunch of New Orleans food. I will however mention that if you wanna see more Shannon, there are a bunch of extra, high res photos from this shoot on Girls of DBB. And you can check out Shannon Saturday every week on my OnlyFans. Plus a bonus video is going up there right after I hit send on this post.

Now click here to check out Shannon in her birthday suit on her birthday!

NFT.NYC 2021

I feel like this is going to be a long one so let’s start with a quick TL;DR: NFT.NYC is an NFT convention that came to NYC last week. I didn’t actually attend the convention, but I did get hired to shoot a party and I went to a couple more. I also photographed Pak’s face reveal and to promote my own work in this NFT themed post I released the latest five images from my Juggalo NFT photography collection. Now for some details…

If you don’t know by now I am kinda obsessed with NFTs. I know a lot of people have problems with them that all basically stem from a lack of information, and I totally get that people don’t get it. If you don’t get it, and would like to know more, please reach out to me. I love talking to people about this stuff and I would love to bring more people into it. If you think they are bad for the environment, they are no worse than YouTube and you don’t get mad at people for making videos and there are a bunch of low energy use chains (like my NFTs on Tezos). If you think they are too expensive, there are a ton of very cheap ones. I bought one yesterday for about $6. Personally I try to price mine similarly to my prints. And if you think NFTs are a scam, just buy art you love. I have tons of stuff that I never plan on selling because I want to own it forever. I would never try to pitch you on my work as an investment, it’s just an investment in me. Moving on…

I didn’t actually have tickets to the conference and my back (which has been tentatively diagnosed as a herniated L5) is so messed up I didn’t think I would be able to do anything. Fortunately I reached out to my doctor and he suggested an epidural in my spine to help with the pain. I went to the pain management doctor last Monday and they couldn’t give it to me without insurance approval so they gave me some sort of shot to my hip which had me walking again by the next day. It still hurts like hell, but I can walk! Plus on Wednesday I am getting the epidural, so hopefully I will be doing even better soon.

Anyway, I missed a bunch of the NFT.NYC events but by Tuesday I was walking a bit and for the first time in two months I got on the Subway and met up with my friend Krystall and walked around Times Square where a bunch of NFT billboards were on display. I ran into my friend Ed from Superchief, met an artist Drift who I really dig and talked to a bunch of NFT people. I eventually walked over to the Discord.Art food truck for some free coffee and met some more NFT artists I talk to on Twitter all the time. It was really fun to meet people in real life. After that we met up with my brother who was in town as well. He had to go off to another thing pretty quickly and my back was really starting to hurt so I waited for Krystall’s boyfriend Dan to show up so I didn’t just abandon her and said hi to him and escaped. I took some photos of all this with my phone and a few more on 35mm, but none of the photos from Tuesday are in this gallery so I guess  you could have ignored that entire paragraph. My bad.

On Wednesday I really wanted to go to the Quantum Art launch party. Quantum is a photography specific NFT platform and I have been following it for months and I am fairly active in their Discord. Justin Aversano is one of the primary founders of it and a photographer I really dig. He also happens to the best selling artist in NFT photography. The party was at Superchief and they threw both my Instaxxx book release parties, so I am always down to support whatever they are doing. But as I was headed to the party I got a mysterious text that just said “Be at Times Square at 6:30. Don’t tell anyone.” I was very intrigued so I kept heading north and got to Times Square around 6:15pm.

While I was there my favorite hockey blog reached out and asked if anyone in the NYC Caps Crew, the Washington Capitals fan club I am part of, was going to be at Times Square tonight. They sent me a photo of the billboard that Alexander Ovechkin was going to be on right at 7pm. I messaged back a photo of the exact billboard that I was just two block north of and could see from where I was sitting. I figured I could two birds one stone it.

6:30 came and went and I was thinking about bouncing but I figured I would stick it out until 7 so I could shoot the Ovechkin billboard. While I was waiting I was checking Twitter and saw the NFT artist Murat Pak Tweeted that you should come take a selfie with him at Times Square. I realized this is what I was here for. Pak is a mysterious artist and he has never revealed his identity. I don’t think anyone has even heard his voice. When he arrived he was dressed like some sort of alien wizard or something and right when I found him he was taking off his mask to reveal himself to be none other than Ezra Miller, the actor who plays the Flash in the DC cinematic universe, among other roles. Was he actually Pak or just playing another role? He was wearing makeup with a blue stripe down his face and a prosthetic over his mouth. He started taking selfies with people as a crowd gathered. After taking a few photos, and a selfie of my own, I walked one block south to photograph the Ovechkin billboard that ended up on Russian Machine Never Break. With that done, I returned to find that Pak had disappeared and I missed out on his final reveal where he took off his robe and was wearing iPhones that displayed QR codes that could be scanned for free NFTs. Oh well.

After that I ran down to Superchief for the Quantum Art launch. Like I mentioned, I was really excited about the Quantum platform and of course I wanted to support Superchief so it was a no brainer. I got there and ran into some old friend’s Buff Monster and Lamour Supreme. I’ve actually purchased a few of Buff’s NFTs in past (including one about 45 minutes ago) and psyched to see waht Lamour does in the space. I didn’t spend a ton of time at the gallery because it was packed but I got to talk to Justin Aversano again and met some people I am friends with on Twitter. One of them, journalist Andrew Wang, Tweeted that he would give away NFTs to people who snuck up behind him and hugged him. I saw him and waited until he walked past me and just grabbed him from behind while yelling “You did this to yourself!” It was kinda great. It was a cool event, but it was a packed gallery full of photographers so I didn’t actually take any pictures. After that my back was hurting pretty good so I returned to my apartment… but only for an hour.

Later that night I went to Bogart House for a party called Offchain thrown by Squiggle DAO and Tile Dao. I am 1200 words into this article already so I am not going to explain DAOs or generative onchain artwork, but basically it was a party thrown by people for people who love computer generated geometric NFTs. And throwing the party was voted on by members of the DAOs. More importantly there were DJ sets by Sextile, Alan Palomo of Neon Indian, Pictureplane and a performance by Naeem (formerly of Spank Rock). I have known Naeem for 15 years or something and I actually shot something for Pictureplane’s clothing line Alien Body last winter. I should probably do a post with those photos. I was hired by the event by my friend Trevor who is another dude I have known forever. It was a really fun reunion. The party was a blast and I ran into a ton of people who remembered Driven By Boredom from my nightlife days including some friends I didn’t even know where in to NFTs. My brother even showed up. I was there from 9:30om to 2:30am and I did a pretty good job, but when I was editing them you could tell how much worse the photos got around 1am when my back started killing me. It was just really wild to see how much my pain impacted my work. Still I got a ton of photos and it was also the first party (and hopefully not the last) that I was paid in cryptocurrency.

The next day I got to hang out with my girlfriend Shannon who has been very patient with me talking about NFTs all the time. I met her about a month before I got into them and she has had to deal with all of it. I can’t believe she came out with me. My brother RSVP’d us for a party at Hammerstein Ballroom thrown by Creature NFT. Creature is a very weird, strangely beautiful NFT created by a guy named Danny Cole. They threw a party on the previous Saturday that looked insane so I was excited to check it out. We all met up for food and then got in line for the party. While we were waiting there we ran into Krystall and Dan again and suddenly our mutual friend Ronen showed up with Danny and they pulled us inside and we got to be the first people inside. It turns out I had actually met Danny before, Ronen had introduced us at a party months ago, and I had a great conversation with him. The party was absolutely wild and had an inflatable obstacle course. I took a few photos, but not a ton. We also met up with my girlfriend’s friend Jess who is a total NFT nerd herself and Shannon was just surrounded by NFT talk. It was great.

Ronen vanished again as quickly as he arrived but put us on the guest list for a party called Dreamverse at Terminal 5. It was thrown by Metapurse who are the people who bought the Beeple 5000 Days NFT that sold for 69 million dollars. I actually met Beeple and MetaKovan who created Metapurse. MetaKovan was very nice, Beeple wouldn’t let me take his photo. I get it but kinda a bummer. I did take a few photos at the event and met a bunch more people including two more people I know from Twitter. One of them I didn’t even realize who he was until I posted a few photos on Twitter and he realized who I was because he was standing next to me when I took one of them. My back was hurting and my girlfriend goes to bed by 11 every night so we bounced early, but I had a great time just nerding out about digital art in a huge nightclub. I think last time I was there was to shoot Steve Aoki and Duran Duran for some reason.

Okay, this is 2000 words long and I gotta just post these damn photos already, but first I need to plug my Juggalo NFTs again. You can read about the project here, and then look at them all and purchase them here. I also have been messing around with a metaverse art gallery for them on a site called OnCyber. Keep in mind this is a very rough draft and the photos are weirdly low res when you get up close to them, but still it’s a fun thing to play with. Check out the gallery here

Okay, now let’s get to the NFT.NYC photos. In the gallery below we have pictures from the Pak face reveal, thirty of my favorite photos from the Offchain party and then a handful of photos from the Creature event and Dreamverse. I shot some iPhone and 35mm stuff too but none of that is here.

McGhoulrick Halloween Dog Parade

You might think this is a post about cute dogs, but it’s really another post about my ongoing back injury and why these are the first photos I have taken in months. But first, the cute dogs.

On Sunday, I went to the McGhoulrick Dogs Halloween Costume Parade in McGolrick Park in Greenpoint thrown by McGolrick Dogs. That’s a lot of McGs in a sentence but we gotta work with what we have been given. It started at 1pm yesterday and I got there shortly after 1 and was gone by probably 1:45pm. It’s not a tremendous amount of time to photograph dogs, hence the fairly small gallery but I was just happy to be photographing anything. If you want more halloween doggos I have photographed the Tompkins Square Park parade twice.

Possibly during, or maybe shortly after the last thing I photographed, The Gathering of the Juggalos, I did something terrible to my back. It sounds like it’s a herniated disc, but I am still waiting for the results of one more test. That back injury has also led to some sort of hip impingement and now I am in physical therapy three times a week and can barely walk because after a few minutes the pain is so severe that I just lay down in the middle of the sidewalk until it stops and I can walk a little farther. It’s a nightmare, but the PT has helped in that I can walk a little bit farther than I could a few weeks ago.

Today I went to get an epidural like my doctor suggested for some short term pain management while I continue physical therapy, but when I got there they told me they needed insurance approval which could take up to 10 days. They did give me some sort of numbing shot which I hope will help in the very short term because I have friends in town this week for NFT NYC and I want to hang out with them and other nerds who care about collectable JPGs. It helped a bit today, but I didn’t go too far. Anyway, back to the dogs…

On Sunday the Dolphins were playing the Bills and the Dolphins are very bad and the Bills are pretty good and despite me running the world’s largest Miami Dolphins fan club I really didn’t want to go. I have skipped exactly one game in 20 years without having work as an excuse and I figured a dog parade counts and I just felt like it was a way better idea to watch dogs with my girlfriend than spend another $80+ taking an Uber back and forth to my Dolphins bar since I can’t walk.

I couldn’t shoot a ton because of my back, but I did shoot a number of photos. They aren’t the best shots I have ever taken, but they are very cute and I was very happy to update my site with something other than nudes for a change. Anyway, that’s enough complaining, but hopefully I will be back with some sort of NFT NYC update, but who knows? In the meantime let’ look at some dogs.

Chloe Cherry Returns

I shot Chloe Cherry a few years ago and I really loved taking her photo but then the whole end of the world happened and I didn’t go to LA for a while. When I went back in June I hit her up to see if she wanted to shoot, and she said she would be down but she got a really terrible sunburn. She was free because she couldn’t work with it. To me that sounded like an even better reason to shoot. We had to document this, and so we did!

The hotel room I was staying in was actually pretty cute, but the light was garbage with the curtains closed. It was a motel and you could easily see in the room so we couldn’t open them so we had to make due with some ugly light. But she has really cool eyeballs and looks good naked so it honestly doesn’t matter. We also took a few pictures outside which are okay but she was really back lit so the best ones of those were the 35mm shots I took because I used a flash to get both her and the background exposed properly. I honestly love this picture

The whole time we were shooting outside the hotel (it was a whole minute and 15 seconds) I was filming the shoot, so there’s a great video if you want to check it out on my OnlyFans. There’s also several other videos from that day and it turns out I still have one other video I never posted so that will be up eventually. I sometimes forget what I have already posted.

And speaking of pay sites, all these photos have been up on Girls of DBB in high resolution for a minute now, and there are a bunch of bonus shots of her sunburn and some other more graphic stuff I don’t post on this site. I keep my pay sites real cheap so you guys can lurk my content, so go support me because subscriptions have been down on both sites the last few months. I know it’s my own fault because I am not shooting new content, but I hurt my back and haven’t been able to work. I have been able to sell NFTs though, so if you want an NFT from me, now would be a good time. I would try and sell you books or zines but honestly it sucks walking to the post office.

Anyway, that’s all I got for now. Enjoy these photos!

Leigh Mercury

We are gonna make this a quick one because I have physical therapy in an hour. Not sure if I mentioned it last post but I hurt my back really badly over a month ago and I haven’t been able to do much of anything since. Everytime I do go anywhere I have to take an Uber so it’s also been real expensive. It’s sort of a nightmare but I started physical therapy this week and I got some more tests coming up and it will hopefully get better soon. I haven’t really been able to take any photos either but I think I am just gonna try and get some models over to my place and shoot some stuff on a white wall in my guest room/merch storage/office/gym/VR room. I just need to be productive other than making juggalo NFTs.

Okay, moving on. Let me introduce you to Leigh Mercury… well, you have actually met her before, she just went by Kel. This is the 3rd time I have photographed her yesterday but the first time was at like 3 am with our mutual friend and we just shot a bunch of crazy 35mm snapshots and polaroids. I love a shoot like that. Last time we shot some stuff while she was in NYC, but she has since moved to LA and we did another vaguely late shoot and I had to get back to my brother’s place before his girlfriend went to sleep so we sort of had to cut it short and didn’t take a ton of photos, but we did see a opossum outside that didn’t seem scared of us at all and was honestly adorable.

I honestly think part of the reason this shoot is so short is Leigh has become a friend over the last few years and I think I just forgot to take a nudes of her at the end. There are a bunch of shots of her in her fancy underwear and black socks (don’t blame me, it was her idea) but then there are only a handful of nudes at the end. I didn’t even really have anything to post exclusively on Girls of DBB so I just stole three photos of her butt from you guys and put it on the pay site. The pics are all in high res over there at least. That’s gotta be worth something right? There’s also some video of her on my OnlyFans including one that I am gonna upload as soon as I finish this post, which is right now.
