Let’s say first that I am a huge fan of the movie the Toxic Avenger so anyone who names themselves after a Troma film I have to love already.  Secondly I met him at SXSW last year because he works with Trash Yourself and he flew my friend Heidi out to Texas and I got to hang out with her because of it.  I ran into him at Winter Muisc last year and again at SXSW this year but I still had never seen him DJ.  I left the IHeartComix party for about 30 minutes to try to catch my friends band and when I got back Toxic Avenger was just ending his set, but the 10 minutes I saw were completely out of control.  People were throwing beer everywhere, and running around stage.  Things were getting knocked into the tables and it was like a punk show or something.  You don’t see people crowd surf that often to dance music.  It was super fun. I got soaked.
