Two weeks ago I was at a football party at the 2 Michelles house and they were video taping our antics for their web video series at miamidolphins.com.

If you ever suggest to someone that you should get at one end of a hallway and run at eachother as hard as you can and he agrees… let him know you were completely joking, because it is a very bad idea. Lesson learned.

I hurt my teeth so badly that I had a headache for two days. My shoulder had a bump on it the size of a Clementine and my knee was twisted so much that I limped for over a week after it. Fun! I am too old to play football.

PS. I am not sure why my WordPress YouTube plug in isn’t working anymore and videos aren’t embedding properly.   I am trying to fix it.  It seems to be fucking up in IE and Mozilla but working fine in Safari. So if you have the option look at my site in Safari for the moment.
