My friend and amazing DJ Lauren asked me to photograph her birthday last night and of course I said yes.  I think she is one of my favorite people around because shes a lesbian and I know I have no chance with her so I can actually have conversations with her without hitting on her.  Maybe I need more lesbian friends.  It might just be that she is a really cool chick.  Hmm…   Anyway, it was at 200 Orchard and while the 10 dollar non RSVP cover kept a lot of the weekend LES bridge and tunnel douchebags out, there were still a few and they kept bumping into me over and over again.  I was sort of annoyed and I had planned on leaving, but I settled down and was ready to hang out for a while longer when my really drunk friend needed me to take care of her (see story directly above this post) so we went to Trash so I missed Juan Atkins.  Anyway, there were some rad people there and I think I got some okay photos.
