So up to this point, I have not linked my Polaroid Project on this site. That changes today. When I was 19 my girlfriend at the time went to Hawaii for several weeks. As a going away present she bought me a Polaroid camera and let me take naked pictures of her before she left. This was of course before digital photography. Anyway she told me that I could take Polaroids of any girl I wanted to as long as I didn’t touch them. This was her strange way of keeping me faithful while she was gone. Strangely it worked and since then I have taken Polaroids of most of my friends, lovers and a few random strangers. Each Polaroid points to specific points in my life and they are very important to me. I think they are the most important art I have ever done, and led me towards my Awkward Nudes series which I will show you guys at some point. Anyway, last Saturday Joanna Angel of Burning Angel let me take this photo of her at her DVD release party. Anyway, enjoy the project.
