The Miami Dolphins came within two points of beating the Seattle Seahawks last week. They were up four with 31 seconds to go in the game. The Seahawks went down the field and scored a touchdown but ended up missing the extra point to make it a two point game. Unfortunately the Dolphins couldn’t get anything going against Seattle’s dominant defense and left myself and thousands of Dolphins fans around the world upset.

However, those who bet on the Dolphins vs the spread could not have been happier. The Dolphins were 10 1/2 point underdogs making them the biggest underdogs of the week. I didn’t love the Dolphins chances against the Seahawks but when it comes to sports betting the Dolphins were an easy win.

The Dolphins have been very average the past decade or so but I have noticed that they almost always make it a close game. So any time the Dolphins are big underdogs I would bet on them to beat the odds every time. This week the Dolphins are underdogs again when they go up to Foxboro to take on the Patriots but if Gronk ends up playing the spread could move even more towards the Dolphins. The Pats looked pretty good last week but if the line gets over 7 take it in a heartbeat.
